Awards

Mais Alghanim has succeeded in being the number one restaurant with the best customer service for the eighth time. The award followed a 2019 poll conducted by Service Hero, the first performance index in Kuwait.

We also received two prestigious awards at the annual ceremony of the Kuwait Prize for Public Relations and Customer Service 2018, the Excellence Award in the Call Center and the Excellence Award in Social Media Accounts. The event was organized under the patronage of His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah.

In addition, we received the TripAdvisor® Certificate of Excellence award 2019 and the Travelers Choice 2020. The accolade, which honors hospitality excellence, is given only to establishments that consistently achieve outstanding traveler reviews on TripAdvisor and is extended to qualifying businesses worldwide.  Establishments awarded the Certificate of Excellence are located all over the world and represent the upper echelon of businesses listed on the website.
