Mais Alghanim won First Place for Casual Dining Restaurants Industry and received the Silver Award “Country Wide Winner” for overall Customer Satisfaction in Kuwait out of 400 International and local Brands.
Companies that best satisfy customers in Kuwait were unveiled and honored in an awards ceremony held at the prestigious Arraya Ballroom by “Service Hero”, the creators of Kuwait's first-ever customer satisfaction index. Backed by an independent advisory council, “Service Hero” surveyed over 10,000 consumers rating and assessing Kuwait’s best service providers.
Chawki Barakat, General Manager of Mais Alghanim Restaurants expressed his honor in receiving such awards that reflect the opinion of their customers, adding that the relationship between Mais Alghanim and their customers goes back to 1953 with several generations growing up experiencing first hand Mais Alghanim’s unique Hospitality. He further stated, “Our focus on customer service has never changed ‘The Customer Always Comes First’ and we use that mantra to manage our company in every aspect.”
Chawki Barakat concluded by thanking the devoted members of Mais Alghanim family for achieving this triumph, calling them “The true winners of these awards.”
